I research, design, make, and race things.
Hi! I'm Arjun. I'm a Physics and Integrated Design, Engineering, Arts & Society (IDEAS) major at Wesleyan University, with a concentration in Mechanical & Materials Engineering and a self-taught background in 3D printing.
What I do
- I research particle geometry and its effects on movement in fluids.
- I created and teach a university course on 3D printing, where every student builds a printer to keep.
- I supervise Wesleyan's IDEAS makerspace.
- I co-founded WesEngineering, Wesleyan's first engineering club.
- I've 3D printed models for Middlesex Hospital's obstetricians, and share other 3D models online, which have garnered more than 7,000 downloads.
- I raced as a UCI-licensed cyclist for the Goa state team, and was India's 15th best U-18 time triallist in 2021.
